A leading marketing technology agency is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their dynamic team as an Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant. You'll be joining a team of that excel in leveraging innovative technologies and strategic insights to drive personalised and impactful customer experiences, partnering with clients across various industries to deliver exceptional solutions that create lasting customer relationships.
You will play a pivotal role in architecting, implementing, and optimising Adobe Campaign solutions for clients. You will collaborate closely with clients' marketing and IT teams to understand their business goals, translate requirements into technical solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Your expertise in Adobe Campaign and CXM best practices will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for clients.
This is a hybrid role which enables a 50/50 split between home and office working.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within Adobe Campaign.
- Design and implement Adobe Campaign workflows, campaigns, and communication strategies that align with clients' marketing objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Configure and customise Adobe Campaign to meet clients' specific needs, including data integration, segmentation, personalisation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical design documents, project plans, and user guides, to ensure efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform system audits, and ensure data accuracy and integrity within Adobe Campaign.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Campaign features, updates, and industry trends to drive innovation and maximise platform capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Campaign solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Standard, including workflow design, data management, segmentation, scripting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices, CXM strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with data integration, APIs, and database technologies, preferably in a marketing context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adobe Campaign certification is a plus.
