Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Strategist, you will be a vital part of the Strategy team, supporting the Data Strategy Director in delivering CRM strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and delivering CRM strategies, emphasizing the utilization of data to measure ROI and achieve client KPIs.
  • Developing communication plans for complex projects, optimizing them against client strategies using data and technology.
  • Collaborating on data project briefs, ensuring alignment with client strategy and providing clear data and technical requirements.
  • Expanding analytical thinking in CRM strategy and execution, simplifying complex concepts for clients.
  • Creating compelling data storytelling decks for senior-level clients using tools such as Powerpoint.
  • Owning client-agency relationships, presenting to internal and external stakeholders, and leading project teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Essential knowledge and experience in CRM principles and channels.
  • Demonstrable experience using data-driven insight and behavioral economics for strategy development.
  • Understanding of Performance Marketing and the role of data-driven CRM within it.
  • Proficiency in leveraging tools like Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office suite/Google Equivalents, especially Excel.
  • Ambitious mindset with the ability to recognize and act on opportunities for the benefit of the team and clients.
