The Role 

We sit in the sweet spot between consultancy, creative agencies, and the typical system integrators. Our projects focus heavily on Customer Experience Management which has seen huge growth over the past 12 months.  

The Experience Platform team create content managed customer experiences for a wide range of clients. We span a number of technologies but our primary tool is Adobe Experience Manager. We are globally renowned and have Platinum Partner status with Adobe. Our AEM projects include new Site and Asset implementation alongside a number of ongoing managed service clients. Over the past few years, we have also designed and implemented some truly innovative projects across the Adobe Experience Cloud. 

Life as a CMS Business Analyst

We are looking for a CMS Business Analyst to work on site implementation and enhancement projects. You will work side by side with the User Experience design team, technical architects, and development teams. Your role will be to drive the successful shaping and translation of objectives and requirements into epics and detailed business requirements. As such you will often work across the project lifecycle; from early workshops, through the design process, within development scrum teams and finally supporting client handover and training.  

This role requires a strong knowledge of the considerations which go into building web experiences and how they are configured through a web content management system. An understanding of content tagging and taxonomies would also be beneficial. You will have had experience with a number of site projects built on content management systems.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are primarily interested in bright and articulate self-starters who have experience delivering complex implementation projects in a client-facing environment. You must be willing to travel on a regular basis.

CRM Campaign Executive (SFMC) | London

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Executive to join the CRM Systems team

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role managing email campaigns and data analysis (Mobile campaigns a plus)
  • Experience using a market-leading Email platform desirable, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Email & Mobile Studio, Journey, Content & Audience Builder (desirable)

Responsibilities:

Day to duties of the CRM Campaign Executive may include:

  • Build emails and mobile campaigns using email editor in the Marketing cloud
  • Manage and set-up all relevant CRM campaigns
  • Manage all reports relating to triggered, service and promotional comms and CRM activity to determine effectiveness - open, click, opt outs, sessions, revenue etc.
  • Establish email performance benchmarks, summarise key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance
  • Create a testing plan to improve member engagement and produce a log of what works and what doesn’t
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to coordinate on messaging across the business
  • Work within remote and agile teams

YOUR ROLE

A senior data focused role, responsible for internal and external support of client CRM systems, the maintenance of CRM systems and scheduling of activities for clients.  It’ll be a busy and varied role which will include issue resolution, database updates, campaign setup and execution, reporting, change request testing, input into system development and attendance at client meetings. We’re looking to take on someone with database marketing experience with strong campaign management tools knowledge.  You’ll ideally be someone who has a strong understanding of both data and databases – but more specifically from a marketing point of view.

Your field of activity

As a Lead Marketing Automation Consultant you will undertake a variety of responsibilities across the SDLC. Specific Tasks
