Specific Tasks

The Role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Customer Engagement team. This role will work on digital marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, provide campaign migration planning support, train clients in tool to become experts themselves. The successful candidate will be required to build an in-depth knowledge of our campaign management tools and the specific implementation for several clients.

About the Role

This new role has been introduced to implement the new central CRM function’s strategy and work closely with business teams to develop their CRM capability. Working closely with the Head of CRM and CRM Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all email communications, as well as building cross channel customer journeys within Adobe Campaign.

You will ensure that our communications follow creative best practice and make the most of our personalisation capabilities (through Movable Ink) to increase customer engagement. The Role

We are looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Customer Engagement team. This role will work on digital marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels.
