Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Management

  • Interpret client briefs, challenging assumptions, and ensuring comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  • Coordinate internal resources across various departments for seamless planning, creation, and delivery of client activities.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, creative, data, and production teams by sharing comprehensive briefs and strategies.
  • Confidently present strategies, creative solutions, and analysis to both the internal team and clients, ensuring effective communication and feedback capture.

Client/Agency Relationship Management

  • Lead productive client/agency status meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate contact reports post-meetings.
  • Foster strong relationships internally, understanding departmental processes and timelines to streamline campaign processes.
  • Assist senior team members with account finance and internal forecasting, maintaining accurate campaign documentation and records.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) is essential for daily operations.
  • Excellent industry knowledge and awareness of current trends impacting creative communications.
  • Understanding of client finances, invoicing procedures, and accurate data input for forecasting.
  • Good grasp of UK data protection regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

This role is with a leading CRM and Data Marketing Agency who work with some of the world's biggest and most recognisable brands. 

You will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, leading/motivating a successful client services team and ultimately, delivering exciting CRM, Digital and data-led client projects.

As Senior Account Director, You'll lead a team and work with clients to understand their Data, CRM and Digital business needs and then work with internal agency teams (including Creative, Strategy, CRM, Insight and Campaign Ops) teams to help deliver relevant strategic solutions, programmes and projects.

Skills and Experience:

  • A solid understanding of email best practice
  • Strong experience with end 2 end campaigns, including deployment knowledge
  • Experience of working with stakeholders and helping to create marketing strategies that will drive customer value and engagement
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience/or similar platforms knowledge would be advantageous
  • Able to organise and implement CRM and Digital marketing campaigns
  • Team leadership and project management experience
  • A strong understanding of CRM Strategy, Marketing Automation tools, Campaigns and insights

  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office/GSuite.
  • Knowledge of Trello/Asana is an advantage but not a requirement.
