We're looking for a strategic CRM Director, who can take an internationally known media company’s email marketing performance to the next level.
Our client is a dynamic multi-media company (with offices on 3 separate continents) need a Global CRM & Email Director, who can not only lead and inspire the CRM & Email Marketing team, but who can create a clear email strategy to drive newsletter growth across a number of brands, and a clear roadmap on how to deliver against it.
You will be key in setting the blueprints for the overall newsletter strategy, and designing a culture of creative innovation to grow advertising revenues, drive traffic referrals and support subscription audience acquisition and retention. You’ll drive a successful, high – performing team within a matrix organisation, working together to create and test new ideas, implementing any improvements and successes across the full company brand portfolio.
Due to the complex multi-brand environment, the role would suit someone who has experience of building strategies which raise the level for multiple brands, within a group at any one time.
Key experience required:
- Leadership – this encompasses everything from designing and delivering an email strategy, to influencing senior stakeholders within a matrix / complex environment to buy in to the strategy and support it. Also having a clear plan that’s aligned to the strategy and leading the team to deliver against it.
- Must have strong email marketing experience and how to raise up the level across multiple brands at the same time
- It’s a complex environment due to the number of brands involved and someone must demonstrate they have navigated similar environments
- B2C subscription and newsletter experience
