This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading marketing and data solutions organisation with a wide-ranging client list that includes some of the biggest and innovative brands in the UK.

Within this role, you will lead delivery of marketing technology implementation projects. These projects will be implemented in a variety of tools, however as an experienced analytics expert you will be expected to support in the following areas:

  • Overseeing implementation of Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Overseeing configuration of Tag Management Platforms such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager or Tealium IQ
  • Leading on the design and implementation of client-side data collection for CDPs such as Tealium, Segment and Adobe Experience Platform
  • Projects will vary in size and scale, from small (2-3 day) change requests up to major multi-territory, 6-month long implementations.

You will also support the Director of MarTech in pitching for & scoping solutions in response to opportunities from prospects or in response to RFPs and will work closely with sales and client services teams to produce well worked proposals which you will be comfortable in presenting to clients.

This is very much a client facing role and you will be comfortable interacting with a client’s technical and marketing teams as well as their project managers. You will be confident and adept at handling difficult situations and working closely and collaboratively with the client to resolve challenges.

Skills & Experience

  • You will have experience working in an agency, consulting or technology organisation
  • You will have experience in implementation and configuration of an Analytics platform (ideally Adobe Analytics)
  • You will be experienced in designing and configuring data layers for tag management platforms
  • You may have had some exposure to Customer Data Platforms, and ideally would have been involved in the implementation of one
  • You will ideally have working knowledge of additional marketing technologies such as online personalisation tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely) and/or DMPs (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager, Blue Kai, Lotame)
  • You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of Analytics solutions
  • You are a strong listener with the ability to understand a client’s requirements, whilst also being able to interrogate and ask questions to get into the detail of solutions
  • Pragmatic – able to make recommendations of the right solution that meets the client’s requirements without excessive custom development

A leading high-tech company is looking to manage the Operations capabilities of their Adobe Campaign solution across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign (Classic) Consultant with Operations experience can provide a role of leadership within the campaign execution team.

You will need to operate in a fast moving environment and provide the technical bridge between the campaign briefings and operations team, having a solid understanding of the full end-to-end campaign process, from brief to delivery, and working with internal stakeholders in order to ensure that campaign deadlines are achieved.

Main Responsibilities

To succeed in this role a strong background with Adobe Campaign is essential (other equivalent tools could be considered).

You will be expected to understand the technical configurations in place with the existing Adobe Campaign solution, and provide a bridge to users to aid understanding how to build and execute campaigns within the tool. This could cover roles such as training, optimisation, best practice and management of the execution team.

You will act as one of the gatekeepers to ensure quality control, and also help to provide reporting if required. You will also be expected to own the documentation that is required to support the operations execution.

You will also provide the link to the existing in-house technical team to discuss and potentially assist in the engineering of existing solutions or new features that may be required. You will also be expected to provide input into future direction of how we work with Adobe Campaign given the role will place you in the front line with the clients and current campaign use cases.

This role requires strong consultancy skills and you will be expected to take the lead within the operations team for any technical considerations that may require engagement with our client.

A major charity that supports children, young people and families is looking for an Insight and Performance Manager to identify and rationalise key data and information required to drive growth, service performance and corporate effectiveness across the organisation.

The role will involve leading the analysis, businesses information and selections functions within a multi-disciplinary team of data specialists and embedding business information as a distinct standalone function within the charity. This includes facilitating colleagues to ‘surface’ the key questions and deliver actionable recommendations that offer real measurable value to the charity and deliver analysis of internal activities in relation to income and engagement.

You will be responsible for publishing and presenting new insight in intuitive and easy to interpret formats, ensuring key stakeholders have access and understanding of key organisational information in relation to performance against strategic and team-based objectives.

The role will also be responsible for delivering timely marketing selections and managing the transition towards planned supporter journeys, ensuring the effective contact of supporters in ways that adhere to compliance regulations.

The successful candidate must be prepared to travel to other locations throughout the UK, occasionally staying overnight.

Strategy and planning

  • Deliver team strategy and plans that respond to different directorate strategies and requirements for analysis and insight.

Selections

  • Based on a thorough understanding of business requirements and the benefits we want to achieve, design a programme of data selections to maximise the impact of our activities and to fulfil key stakeholders needs.
  • Ensure team planning of the campaign management of a variety of fundraising campaign data selections using the CARE and MS Dynamics databases and FastStats.
  • Manage and implement database queries from Income and Engagement teams. Provide direct support to the directorate by compiling and running non-routine queries, reports, selections and outputs including data profiling and modelling work.
  • Innovate to ensure that we are constantly improving how we deliver supporter communications, e.g. embedding delivery of supporter journeys and use of marketing automation.

Data

  • Develop information management processes and ways of working to optimise the quality of the data the organisation holds around engagement of its supporters.
