We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join a well-established digital marketing agency and work with some of the world's biggest brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of creative and effective CRM campaigns which will influence customer behaviour, leading to unrivalled ROI. You will be expected to apply your CRM knowledge, customer-centric mindset and campaign technical expertise, to ensure projects are successful and profitable.

You should have an in-depth understanding of client strategies and data objectives related to CRM projects, as well as an understanding of budget and commercials attached to campaigns. You should also have a good understanding of the capabilities and requirements of CRM tool(s) and marketing platform(s).

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilties include segmenting data, setting up campaign flows, carrying out quality assurance, identifying and fixing bugs, and proactively monitoring the agency's platforms and servers. You will also be responsible for translating customer journeys and flow diagrams up to and including mid-level into campaigns within the CRM tool, as well as integrating personalised content and offers into your campaign designs.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating the ability to think laterally, identifying opportunities for improvements to deliver more effective campaigns.
  • Taking ownership of your projects from a campaign perspective.
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of budget and commercials attached to campaign projects.
  • Understanding client's relational database structures, customer data and attributes used for your campaigns.
  • Understanding the capabilities and requirements of the CRM tool(s) and marketing platform(s) used in your projects, enabling you to develop campaigns up to mid-level with minimal input required from senior colleagues.
  • Translating customer journeys and flow diagrams up to and including mid-level into campaigns within the CRM tool.
  • Integrating appropriately personalised content and offers, using third party systems and data where required, successfully in to your campaign designs.
  • Uploading and testing Emails, SMS, Push with dynamic variants where required, for your campaign projects without bugs or errors.

Requirements

  • Experience in using Braze, Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard or a similar CRM platform is essential.
  • Good understanding of Email, web, push, app (detailed knowledge about customer behaviour & sufficient knowledge of User Experience to ensure solutions are workable).
  • Understanding of customer lifecycles and journeys.
  • A good understanding of affinity, loyalty, handling customer data.
  • Good knowledge of the marketing technology landscape.
  • Well organised and great attention to detail.
  • Skilled in the use of MarTech software required for client projects; ability to use HTML editors and data flow software (e.g. Visio).
  • Motivated to meet deadlines, as well as meet the highest standards - take responsibility for your own work, projects and deadlines.
  • Competent use of internal software: Harvest, Trello, Forecast, etc. as well as Microsoft Office (or Google equivalents).

The role will be essential for supporting the deployment of CRM campaigns and journeys on behalf of their clients, working alongside a team of experts that are using enterprise-level marketing technology platforms across multiple digital channels.

As an Executive, you will be a key part of a cross-functional client hub, taking a hands-on approach in their mission to create cutting-edge digital customer experiences and deliver exceptional campaigns.

You will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance on a high volume of campaigns to ensure that the right audiences are targeted, and tests are delivered to guarantee accuracy. As the gatekeeper, you will guarantee that all campaigns adhere to the highest quality assurance standards, and that projects progress on time, in the correct priority and according to an agreed schedule of work.

  • Upload HTML emails and/or push communications and sending tests.
  • Quality assurance for campaign builds prior to deployment.
  • Continually review and update the process to minimise errors and ensure accuracy and efficiencies.
  • Proactively work with the team to monitor workload and priorities.
  • Support the Campaign Manager in setting time and cost estimations for Client Services.

Main Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the execution of CRM strategy, campaign approach and execution for our IM Division; developing a 360° view of our consumers and owners, and using this data to develop valuable relationships with owners through CRM activities. This covers a number of key pillars:

CDM Strategy & Development

  • Define and deliver the CDM strategy for our IM Division to improve retention and cross-sell revenues.
  • Work with both Global teams (Big Data & CDM) and Divisional Marketing teams to execute effective Customer Marketing activities through Email & Push to improve retention, re-engage lapsed owners, and increase consumer lifetime value.
  • Adhere to the contacts rules of how often we contact our customers and prospects, and for what reason; to sell, retain, inform, capture data.

CDM Campaign Development & Execution

  • Develop and deliver effective CRM activities.
  • Work with our retained CRM Agency to develop contact strategies for each customer segment and promotion.
  • Work with brand and global teams to develop effective messaging and creative that fits with the brand, and will lead to relevant consumer action.
  • Work with our retained CRM Agency to ensure campaigns are deployed to the right audiences, on time and on budget.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimised continually based on data and insight, to improve overall performance for each division.

Lifecycle Marketing

Work alongside the IM Ownership team to better understand the consumer journeys for each, and respective pain points/moments of truth.

Develop effective automated lifecycle marketing across Push and Email, designed to improve the owner experience with Samsung, identify opportunities to cross-sell products, and increase customer lifetime value.

Campaign Reporting

Work together with internal teams to develop insightful and actionable post campaign reporting and analysis; with clear learnings and recommendations to optimise future activity.

Agency Management

  • Act as key liaison with our CRM agency, directing them on projects, ensuring they hit relevant deadlines, and driving for results.
  • Hold agency teams to account to deliver actionable CRM Strategy, developments against our core CRM projects to improve our ability to make our communications more relevant and effective, and ensure operational excellence.

Stakeholder management

Act as a CRM representative within internal meetings, liaising with members of the marketing and product teams on a regular basis. There will also be potential for face-to-face time with executive team members, updating them on key opportunities and seeking relevant approvals.

Skills and experience

  • A customer marketing communications professional who has previously worked in a B2C consumer marketing environment.
  • Proven understanding of best practice customer marketing and routes to market, and be commercially focused whilst putting the customer at the heart of every decision.
  • Have outstanding communication & organizational skills enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders across our business as well as with external agencies
  • B2B CRM experience also a plus.
