YOUR ROLE

 

A senior data focused role, responsible for internal and external support of client CRM systems, the maintenance of CRM systems and scheduling of activities for clients.  It’ll be a busy and varied role which will include issue resolution, database updates, campaign setup and execution, reporting, change request testing, input into system development and attendance at client meetings. We’re looking to take on someone with database marketing experience with strong campaign management tools knowledge.  You’ll ideally be someone who has a strong understanding of both data and databases – but more specifically from a marketing point of view.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your field of activity

As a Lead Marketing Automation Consultant you will undertake a variety of responsibilities across the SDLC. Working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation projects you will assume different titles depending on project (i.e. Solution Architect, Developer, Consultant). You will own and run projects from end to end (semi-PM), be self-sufficient, confident in running workshops and advising customers on best approaches.

The Role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Customer Engagement team. This role will work on digital marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, provide campaign migration planning support, train clients in tool to become experts themselves. The successful candidate will be required to build an in-depth knowledge of our campaign management tools and the specific implementation for several clients.
