Role Overview: As a vital part of the Campaign Management Team, your primary objective will be to aid clients in acquiring, nurturing, and retaining customers through strategic customer journey planning, optimized marketing campaigns, and insightful customer analysis.

 

Responsibilities: Collaborate within a dynamic team to segment data effectively, identifying and targeting specific audience segments for campaigns. Implement customer journeys using a variety of tools and features to schedule, automate, and trigger campaigns. Conduct quality assurance checks on campaigns and utilize analytics tools to generate comprehensive reports. Your meticulous attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities will be essential for success in this role.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Practical experience with at least one campaign management platform such as Adobe Campaign (Classic), Braze, Eloqua, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record in building and executing multi-channel campaign journeys, with the ability to analyse campaign briefs and interpret requirements effectively.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly in email, SMS, and push channels.
  • Bonus Points for: Proficiency in data querying (SQL).
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation Software such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, Klaviyo, Eloqua, etc.
