Our client, a leading player in the data marketing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in liaising between clients and internal technical teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and reporting solutions. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager or Account Director, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, manage client accounts, and drive profitability while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and objectives, translating them into data-driven campaigns and reporting solutions.
  • Proactively suggest new projects or enhancements based on client briefs.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects within specified costs and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope and specify project solutions benefiting clients and the company.
  • Maintain open communications and conduct regular review sessions with clients.
  • Manage client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and project owner.
  • Monitor and manage projects from briefing to final delivery.
  • Provide detailed business requirement briefs to technical teams for optimal solutions.
  • Produce specifications and price quotations for clients.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign results and customer base movements.
  • Interpret project analysis results and offer business development recommendations.
  • Maximise profitability of client work while balancing resource allocation.
  • Utilise internal project management tools for accurate time tracking and profitability.


Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in data marketing, ideally managing targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with gaming brands is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of CRM strategies, email marketing best practices, and database management processes.
  • Familiarity with client/agency working practices and statistical measures.
  • Degree level, IDM Diploma or equivalent and numerate.
