Our client, a leading player in the data marketing and technology sector, is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to work on a key account, fully leveraging a comprehensive set of data marketing and technology solutions. This exciting opportunity involves implementing revenue-driving CRM campaigns, providing direct access to client data for planning and developing marketing programs. We are looking for a data-focused marketer, experienced in agency or client-side roles, eager to deepen their exposure to CRM elements, including advanced reporting, AI-led campaign optimisation, and predictive models for personalisation and targeting.
- Understand client requirements and objectives, translating them into data-driven campaigns and reporting solutions with technical teams.
- Proactively suggest new projects or enhancements based on client briefs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure realistic, achievable business requirements and delivery timescales.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects within specified resource costs.
- Liaise with Analysis and Technical teams to scope and specify project solutions benefiting clients.
- Utilise internal project management tools for accurate resource tracking on client deliverables.
- Maintain open communications and conduct regular review sessions with relevant client personnel.
- Stay updated with market trends, participating in relevant industry events.
- Motivate, monitor, and support junior team members throughout client assignments, potentially leading to direct line management opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years' experience in the customer/data marketing industry, preferably managing targeted email marketing campaigns and understanding database marketing infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of customer data capture, management, integration, and targeting processes.
- Experience working with retail brands is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CRM strategies, email marketing best practices, and client/agency working practices.
- Degree level, IDM Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and interest in technical processes behind data marketing.
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Ability to work well under pressure as a team player.
- Genuine interest in assuming more responsibility and strategic thinking.
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and eager to progress.
- Capability to lead accounts and support junior staff members when required.
